Christopher Tomaras is a former Wall Street professional who has been recognized nationwide for his expertise in the capital markets and financial guaranty insurance industry for over 37years.

The majority of his capital markets career was spent with JP Morgan, Prudential Securities and The First Boston Corporation, investment banking firms where he managed divisions in Dallas, Chicago and New York City. He also served as Executive Vice President and National Marketing Director for Security Guaranty Holdings, a financial guaranty insurance company based in Manhattan.

He is the architect of unique derivative products for the financial guaranty industry as well as the publisher of daily interest rate commentaries and other publications incorporating technical and fundamental bond analysis for the largest banks, insurance companies, tax-exempt bond funds and arbitrage accounts in the United States. 

Chris has effectively combined his extensive financial background and his understanding of the mortgage market with his strong faith in God and his skill and compassion for mentoring senior adults in order to help them find sound and creative solutions to their financial needs in a complex and ever-changing economic environment. He has built Mortgage Trust, Florida’s oldest reverse mortgage lender, into one of Florida’s strongest and most highly respected reverse mortgage companies with his uncompromising demand for knowledge, professionalism and integrity.
